Churches Churches Churches

There are so many churches here in Copenhagen and I was in awe of them all. Seeing the architecture and the grandiosity of each church was something that I found really interesting.

This was a church outside of the Ameliaberg palace where the queen lived in the winter months. This church was absolutely massive and the inside was even crazier it was a moment where I realized how big religion is in Europe and the emphasis that is placed on it.

This was the first church I went into. It was called the church of our lady and it was a Lutheran church and they were having service when I walked in honestly it was a little scary walking in but everyone was very nice and welcoming something that I wasn’t completely expecting. The architecture for each of the churches I went to on my trip was completely different and it made me realize the different times that these different churches were built as well as the different denominations that built them.
